HOA ELECTION SERVICES

HOA Election Services provides inspector of election services in California, ensuring that common interest development elections are held strictly in accordance with your specific homeowner association election guidelines, California Civil Code, and SB 323 changes. We always ensure a fair and impartial result while taking the stress out of the election process. We offer services for the entire election process—from planning to ballot distribution and tabulation and reporting of voting results. We take pride in making sure each client we serve is handled with the utmost care.  We will take reasonable steps to keep the Association informed of progress and to respond to Association’s inquiries. And realize that communication and organization is the key to a successful election.  We serve large as well as small homeowner associations. Elections may be for directors, special or regular assessments, recalls of board members, the approval of governing documents, the approval of a loan to the HOA, granting the exclusive use of common areas, or other reasons. All elections are held via Zoom to help reduce the cost of the already expensive process of conducting an election.
